This gadget is designed like a squeegee to pull across rugs/carpets to remove even the most imbedded pet hair that vacuums can't extract. It works so well, even on carpets that look clean. The tool draws enough pet hair out of the carpet that we can practically build another cat! We have one, short-hair cat and this tool is a miracle worker. I can imagine how useful it would be in multi-pet homes, too. Easy to use, easy to clean. I also use it on my upholstered furniture with impressive results. Highly recommend!
