Not even got one yet
I ordered 2 purses. Got only one that was not even one I ordered. They were to send replacement and have only sent 1. The people packaging and customer service are terrible lately

classy bag!
I did measure, but bag slightly smaller than expected. Radley offers quality bags and this is my third. have had a few compliments already and leather always soft.

Love it!
It’s so cute and looks high end that I think I’m only going to use it for special occasions. The leather feels so soft, I’ve never been so impressed by a purse! I thought it would be a little bigger but I don’t mind at all because I plan on using it as a crossbody.
