Sedona Kitchen 18 Piece Ceramic Baking Set

I placed my order on July 31st, but it hasn't arrived yet, that's disappointing since I urgently need it for a party

I was hoping I was going to be the exception to the reviews that I have seen about customers receiving broken items in their set. It turns out I joined those that have encountered the same issue. It started off promising until I got to the larger box, unboxed the covers and as my eyes returned to unbox the next items, I can clearly see the broken pieces to one of the bowls!! Needless to say, I shook my head in disbelief and now have the inconvenience of returning this ordered item!! I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I would think that by now with so many receiving broken bowls that they would be cautiously aware and pack the bowls in more of a protective packaging to prevent this repetitive occurrence!! If not for the broken bowl, I would have given the set five stars. I gave it two because this could have been avoided with better packing materials. Also, I don’t see where I can post my pics!! SMH!!

I really wanted this bakeware. However the items were broken on arrival. The packaging was terrible. Shame on Macy’s for sending this out so poorly packaged. Returned.

One of the bowl was broken inside planning to return the item , but for one bowl we have to return everything?

Excellent baking dishes and a very complete set!
