Need my package

I haven’t seen yet my the jacket. The package was delivered to the wrong address and Macy’s trying to play wrong game with me. When I called the customer service, the assistant confirmed that the package was delivered to the wrong address and she maked me sure that I’ll get the replacement but Macy’s sent a email they can’t. I’m so unhappy

Very nice and as pictured. The jacket is very light weight. I was expecting a little more thicker.
