The suede is a beautiful medium brown color (a little lighter than the photos) but love the kisslock detail and will be using it for travel and work as it's nice and big ( can fit my 32oz Owala). Do hope they come out with a medium size for more everyday use!
The quality of the suede doesn’t compare to the vintage Coach suede used before

The bag is gorgeous and amazing quality, great weight to it but it's a mini duffle. It's huge and not the look I was hoping for as a shoulder bag. Had to return unfortunately and am happy to hear a mini is coming out.

I loved the color online but had to see them in store. I went to Coach and liked the black leather more than the brown suede. I didn’t like how much lighter it looked in person and surprisingly liked the black leather more. Online I preferred the suede in person I chose the leather.
This bag is soft and slouchy and everything I imagined.
Ordered this bag and had it sent to the store so that I could pick it up from there. Macy's gave me a Coach bag that was a floor model. The suede was dirty and had no tags on the bag. I am becoming very frustrated with Macy's and with the orders that I have placed.
