Neckline is too high for comfort with bead closure

I returned the top. This fabric does not hang well, is a little boxy and the color does not look as good as it did on line. I marked it defective because the necklace needs to be cut lower to make the gold beaded closure hang on the chest rather than cut near the throat. It is very uncomfortable if you put a jacket over it. The beads cut at my neck. The top is sized correctly just cut wrong. It was like wearing a boat neck design.
