Smooth but does not plump a ton if you want a full lip look, fills in lines nicely, helpful mirror body for application. I wish we brought back a mirror or reflective surface on lip products again!

Need to return this. Stings.
I had a strong reaction to this product. It stung my lips and irritated them. Fist time any Kiki product caused a problem. I emailed them about it. Awaiting response.
