Horrible
I specifically ordered this so it would come in time for my 1 yr anniversary as a gift for my long-distance boyfriend who would be in town for 4 days. The shipper, created a label and didnt give it to UPS for 3 days before it shipped causing it to now be delivered today (Tues) instead of last Thursday. Of course my BF is now gone and now I have to still wait for it to get here, then ship it to Chicago. I will never use this mnaufacturer again. Completely ruined my anniversary when he gave me my gift and I had nothing for him. Thanks alot
