Not what expected

This item was initially intended to replace an original item that was never received due to an error in the shipping department’s selection. Despite three attempts to rectify the issue, the problem persists. The store’s filing system appears to be malfunctioning, causing delays in processing orders. It is highly frustrating to spend time shopping at Macy’s and witness such a lack of attention to detail. This not only diminishes the store experience but also wastes valuable time during online shopping. As a platinum/red carpet customer, I am deeply disappointed by this situation.
