I just got last month and never wear it , and today is the first time I wear it and it rebita off from the side , this is the first time I wear it , I want a refund from the company, please advise how I can return it .
Horrible craftsmanship I wore the sandals Monday, 2 hours later the strap broke!!! And it’s past 30 days!!! Will not order the brand nor order from Macy’s again!!! Waste of hard earned money!! Rating -10
Received these sandals and initially I absolutely loved them. Only wore them about 8-10 times before the strap broke off the right shoe during normal wear. With the limited number of times worn; I would not recommend; especially considering their price.
Within a couple minutes of wear the blackstrap tore off like it was perforated by the sewing. Can’t recommend. So disappointed.
