I frequently buy this brand and the shoes almost always fit. This shoe is way too narrow even in the wide width.

Heels issue
Never had a problem with Bella Vita before. Wonder what changed. These shoes have flexible sole and when I walk I can feel that the heels bend outwards. I can see in the mirror too.

Little BOW peep
Wanted to like these as an office appropriate sandal, but they bowed so much that it felt like the heels were flexing backwards with each step. Very unsteady feeling.

Gorgeous, Fits perfectly
LOVE this beautiful shoe!!! No stupid velcro strap either. Genuine leather. Fits perfectly on my feet. It is a true 12 medium. It is extremely comfortable.
