Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow Robot Vacuum and Mop, SpiraFlow Real-Time Self-Cleaning Roller Mop, 20,000 Pa, Dual Zero-Tangle System, AI Obstacle Avoidan

I can’t believe we didn’t buy one sooner. All the reviews of vacuum mops made it sound like they weren’t so great. Ha. This thing is amazing - it looks like a cleaning crew is coming to our house daily. Love it so much my family jokes I show the Roborock more appreciation than them!

I am so disappointed in this thing. In full transparency, I have two dogs, one of which sheds a lot, part husky. I run this vacuum and mop everyday. Mostly over hardwoods and area rugs. For some reason every time it's in my bedroom, it stops in the middle of the floor and says unable to reach Target and returns to doc. Doc. I've reset it multiple times and it just continues. The area rug in the living room, is vacuumed two times, yet I can run my stick vac over it and almost fill the canister. Now it has started picking and choosing what it's going to vacuum. I ran it today and told it what rooms I wanted. It cleaned and it spot cleaned each room in specific areas and left everything else untouched. It does an okay job mopping but not great. It constantly reminds me that I need to change the water filter, however they don't sell the water filter. When it empties, it leaves hair behind, like loose hair just on the bottom of the vacuum for no reason. It's also very difficult to keep clean. I clean it weekly and have to pull fur out from under the wheels and behind the side brush. This is my second roborock that I purchased in hopes that it would be better than the first. This is my last roborock. The pictures show the mapping of what it vacuumed this last run as well as how full my canister is after going behind it and that is just the hardwoods not the carpet.

Based off the reviews, I bought this and was very excited. Immediately after unboxing, the robot couldn't dock with the docking station. It would attempt to, looked like it was in position, and then it would exit the dock and try over and over again. I moved the dock to several different floor locations (hard, level floor) with the same problem. Finally was able to get it to charge by tilting the dock back by 30 degrees while the robot was attempting to dock. Then it was able to automatically dock a few times and I thought all was good. Then without touching anything, it failed to dock multiple times during cleaning and gave an error. I had to push the robot physically into the dock to charge. Defeats the purpose of an automatic robot vacuum if I have to intervene during a cleaning. Returned it and got an S5V. It docked first try without a problem, every time. Aside from that, the curv 2 flow is taller and wouldn't go under the overhand of my kitchen cabinets despite the outer portion of the robot being short enough. I won't take stars off for that, as I knew the height of the robot when buying it.

I bought this almost a year ago and had been doing a great job. I do notice that the untangle brush works great but it moves some of the hair towards the opposite edge which I have to remove when doing maintenance on the robot. Also I have been having a little bit hard time finding the filters in stock so it would be great if those are available.

I bought it in February and and 4.5 months later it broke.

I bought the Qrevo Curv almost a year ago, and I’ve had problems with it from the very beginning. It constantly gets lost, and sometimes it just wanders around the house trying to figure out its position. The saved maps randomly disappear, and the dock often fails to empty the dustbin, forcing me to do it manually. Overall, this robot has been a headache to own. What’s even more frustrating is that my Qrevo S, which costs about half as much, has been far more reliable and hasn’t given me any of these issues. This experience taught me that paying more doesn’t always mean getting a better product. Unfortunately, I learned that the hard way and now I am stuck with this machine

We bought the Qvero Curv 2 Flow about four months ago because we have two Australian Shepherds. Unfortunately it doesn’t get the basics of the job done. It drops clumps of hair in its path and the main rollers, which are supposed to be tangle free, get clogged during every use. This causes the vacuum to stop and send an error message. Recently it has started to leave large amounts of water when it starts mopping. Twice now we have discovered large pools of water under and around the home base.

Nobody uses 2.4 GHz WiFi any more.. so how could this be a good/great product? 2.4 GHz WiFi is easily Hacked. So to use your product I will have to put my home network at risk. If I look on the back of the robot am I going to find a parallel printer port as well?

Suction and obstacle avoidance no where near as advertised. It consistently gets stuck and leaves crumbs. Very disappointing based on how it has been marketed.

So sincerely disappointed and frustrated. I have two other roborock products the S7 Max and the Qrevo Slim and I have wanted the Curv X for some time due to its ability to raise and lower the LiDAR under furniture and its adaptlift chassis that is supposedly able to lift 4cm to overcome thresholds. My husband and I measured our threshold (we were well under the max limit limit and very hopeful) and waited for the right time to purchase. We purchased around Christmas and within two weeks of having it, the LiDAR started to give an error. This persisted and stopped the vaccum every five mins to the point that we just could not keep restarting it and emailed roborock about the issue. They gave us four emails worth of troubleshooting and video requests of the error before agreeing to fix it, and after sending it in under warranty after only having it for a month and it being returned to us with a lidar sensor replacement according to the invoice slip, it started giving the same lidar error within two days. We have tried multiple times for it to go over the threshold in our bathroom everyday and every day it errors with “unable to reach target” even though it is supposed to be able to lift over a threshold of this height. Complete and utter disappointment especially after having such great experiences with my other two vaccums. I should have just returned it to Amazon as soon as it started with the errors but I thought that the right option to try to work with roborock. Will not be purchasing any other robots in the future. This one did me in.
