It would have been perfect

This dress is amazing. The quality of material is soft and will hold up. The only thing is the top was so big on me. I ordered a size 4 and the bottom is perfect but the top is going to have to be taken in. I have a 34D size so I didn’t think it would be big on me but it’s very big. I will keep the dress because I love the style just wish it was a little more proportioned.
