I purchased a pair of these sandals online as a gift for a friend . The box arrived severely damaged and I had to return. The return tracking details show the vendor received the item on 8/4/2026 and I have yet to receive my refund. I emailed the vendor 3 times and no response. Called Macy’s customer service and hopefully they will refund me by 08/25/26. Do not buy anything from this vendor through Macy’s. They are unresponsive!
I don't know because I was sent the wrong item. nowhere near what I purchased. i received some 3" heels that I will NEVER be able to wear because of a knee replacement surgery 3 yrs ago. Hopefully, I will receive the correct sandals soon. i was hoping to have them for a family reunion this weekend but I guess that won't happen 😕
