I now have 6 pairs of NB 574. You see, I had a botched operation on my foot which resulted in extreme supination, and the artificial bone in my 5th metatarsal grew out to the right,making many shoes impossible to wear. These shoes are a Godsend for me!

I have been getting NB sneakers in a women's size 7/38 for over a decade; part of the reason I am so loyal to NB is because their consistent sizing, which is why I feel confident ordering them online. HOWEVER, for some reason this particular model runs small! They pair I got was labeled as a size 7, which on the NB size chart linked on this very model corresponds to a EU38. So you can imagine my dismay when the shoes were too small, and the EU size on the tag said 37.5. So weird and disappointing! However, the shoes themselves are great, and I am returning and re-ordering a pair in a size 7.5, hence the 4 star review. It was just weird and disappointing that the sizing for this particular model is inconsistent, (and there is no disclaimer in the product description that they run small).
