I ordered the dress shirt for a gift. It arrived on time, but not in original packaging. The shirt was obviously returned goods. It was not in original packaging, but loosely folded (not even buttoned completely) in a generic, clear plastic bag. Very disappointing. I would be embarrassed to give this shirt as a gift. I ordered a new dress shirt as full price. What I received was returned goods at full price.
Two times, the original order and a replacement, didn’t get the color ordered. Very frustrated. Does anyone who can do something care??? (I understand it is a barcode issue. Two colors have the same barcode.)
