I absolutely love the look of this line in brown. I love it so much that I replaced my large suitcase when I broke around a wheel. I felt like it broke quickly but wrote it off as an accident. Unfortunately, about 4 years later, the new one broke again in the same spot. I feel like the construction needs reevaluated. It’s used for air travel around 4-6 times a year. While air travel can be rough, I baby my suitcases other than flights. I have the matching medium, carry on, and soft bag. They haven’t had any issues but the large version has broken twice in the exact same spot. The closest authorized repair shop is around 5 hrs away. For reference, my husband has a different brand. During this time, he has flown 20-30 times a year, usually 2-3 legs per flight. He does not baby his luggage. It’s still going strong. Unfortunately, I think at this point that it’s most prudent to switch to something else despite all my matching pieces. The thought of purchasing the same suitcase for the a third time at this price point doesn’t seem prudent.

I bought the 28 inch suitcase in September 2025 in the bottom of the suitcase is already ripped open by one of the rollers. I was hoping to get more use out of it than that.

The Delsey large spinner is a great size for longer trips. I bought it to match the expandable carry on. It looks and feels like higher end luggage and not flimsy plastic. Impressed !

I splurged on this piece for my Christmas gift to myself since 2027 would be a big travel year. I was looking for an attractive but functional and strong reliable suitcase. My first trip using it was on 4/30/26. I arrived in SAN from JFK and to my unhappy surprise the wheel was bashed in (brown suitcase), rendering it unusable. Now I am stuck with this piece of junk! This is the second time I have purchased a Delsey and on the first use it did not survive a flight. The first time was in 2023. It broke from JFK - ATH (seafoam pics) Never will I waste a penny on Delsey. Maybe someone else has better luck than me.
My husband and I have a set of this luggage. We love them, but the largest ones are broken on all 4 bottom corners. It is very disappointing to see this happening. The carry-on and medium sizes are good. I even purchased a second one for my husband, and I still had the same problem. Is there any way you can check on this problem? Monica/ USA
