I wore these shoes one time and the strap snapped completely!!! I sent it back to Macy’s after the one wear which was a week later and they rejected my return and sent the shoes back!!! Do not waste your money
Why does the status say keep your package no need to return it? This package was never delivered to begin with. Since July 11th. I had to call customer service to request a refund in August. Which should have been done without me having to reach out. Smh
Brought these for my cruise vacation so I haven’t worn them yet but tried them on and they look great.
