Wrong Shoe, Wrong Size Not Once but Twice

I can not comprehend the mess up Macys did with my order. I ordered these sandals in a size 6 in gold and I received the shoes in the light brown in a size box with the box stating it’s a 6 in the color desired. I contacted customer service for an even exchange and the second time around I still do not receive the correct shoe. Round two consisted of the light brown in size 8 when I wanted size 6 in gold. I was very annoyed and ended up cancelling the order and went to find the shoe or a similar style elsewhere.
