Really pretty top
I have a lot of CeCe blouses and wasn't sure if this would be too much with the small flower patches attached but it's really pretty. The flowy sleeves are the perfect length for covering arms which aren't perfect and the lining is great. I bought it in my regular size and the next size up just in case in was tight or too short but I'm keeping the one in my regular size. Love it!

Beautiful blouse
It's great for summer, light weight and lined. I loved the flutter- sleeves. It's perfect for the petite frame under 5.4" because of little short and tight, better size up.
