De Buyer Le Tube Decorating Tool 18-Piece Set

Needed a replacement cookie press. Bought this to replace the rechargeable unit that died. Made these for my Barentatzen (see picture). Very pleased.

Great “gadget” although it is much more than a gadget.

Le Tube works well for pressing cookies and is plenty sturdy enough for the job. Aside from that it’s great for portioning batters (brownies and muffins) into pans. This has allowed me to ensure consistent volume in all chambers of a pan and thus promote even baking. While I’ve not baked a cake since buying this I’m sure eager to use this for my buttercream to avoid dealing with the pastry bag. I found assembly and breakdown/cleaning to be simple.

Easy to use, easy to clean , great results and a great product!

I have a baking business and bought this product to use for frosting my thumbprint cookies. The star tip makes a beautiful presentation! The handle is easy to squeeze and the large canister holds a good amount. The main difficulty I have is that the calibration dial has no visible setting. I had to play around with it for quite awhile before I could figure out what setting worked. It would be great if there were numbers or something to help the purchaser more easily set the dial. Overall, this is going to be a useful product that will help relieve my carpal tunnel strain!

This was a gift for my wife to make macaroons and eclairs. She absolutely loves it. She tried it at a friends and thought it was great. Saves her time because it allows fixed portions (if that is the term) when baking. It is robust and easy to clean. It also came on time and is a high-quality item and well made.

My daughters and I all took turns squeezing the handle. All felt the frosting flow was controllable and the overall decorating result was great. Once done, it was easy to disassemble and put into the dishwasher for cleaning. Seems like it’s built to last! Looking forward to more cakes and cookies!

The large capacity makes Christmas cookies for a half sheet. It works well.

Excellent as a cookie press, the best thing is the size of the barrel, no more refilling the barrel after pressing a dozen cookies. This one will do 3 dozen at a time. Wonderful!

best tool I've used for decorating or filling pastries. I hesitated buying at first, because of the price, but now I wish I bought this sooner. The older I get the more hand pain and fatigue I have, this tool is beneficial in allowing me to work longer and better then squeezing bags.
