Seems like the product was used before it was shipped to me. It was oily and had another substance on it, I’m hoping it was another hair product. This is unacceptable.

Going back
Used once after purchase and the massager parts kept getting misaligned. Overall, does not seem like a sturdy product. The red light option also seems questionable. Will return.

I'm not sure about the laser power level. I hope it can be listed in the product description. However, the messaging function is great. I'll wait and see whether it helps prevent hair loss or promote hair growth after I've used it for a longer period.
