London Rag Women's Shulva Block Heel

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these shoes and with London Rag's customer service. Almost immediately after wearing these shoes, they began making a loud popping sound with every step I took. I contacted customer service expecting the issue to be addressed, only to learn that London Rag does not offer any warranty or guarantee for defective products even in cases where defects occur through no fault of the customer,. Despite reporting what appears to be a manufacturing defect, I was told there was no remedy available because the issue was discovered outside the return window. As a customer, I expect a company to stand behind the products it sells. A shoe that makes a constant popping sound during normal use is clearly not performing as intended, and the lack of any guarantee for defective merchandise is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend London Rag to anyone looking for quality footwear or a company that stands behind its products.

I could not get my foot into the low vamp. Realized the shoe is entirely synthetic. But the final straw was the warning label on the shoe box that said “this product contains material found to have caused cancer…” Returning.

Every time you lift your heel to take a step, the shoe pulls away, breaks that vacuum seal, and forces air out—creating a distinct "pop” sound. Not the best sound to come out of your shoes as you’re walking around at the office. Avoid buying these shoes, as the sound will come after you wore them and Macys does not return shoes that have been used, so now I’m stuck with them.

Love the look the comfort. The quality of the make is not good AT ALL. Shoe turns the top of foot black and material flakes off .

Why do you offer something a time if you do not have them??? I paid my card, I need them for tomorrow and now you said they are going to arrive later??? I will be out of town. I need to cancel them.
