Loved, but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this coat but had to send it back. The fabric color is gorgeous also thick and warm, well the body fabric. Unfortunately, the quality wasn’t there for the sleeves. I guess you could describe them as puffer but the left sleeve didn’t have insulation all the way to the wrist. Quality control missed out on the one I received. I wish they hadn’t.
