This order is the 2nd order that was not received. and returned for sender. I have received multiple orders from Macy's to my address with no problems. I am a very dissatisfied in Macy's shipping services.

Very low quality
For a name brand this flip flop is very low quality, the look is good but the material is like from a dollar store. Will stay away from Tommy from now on .

Not what I expected from Macys
This sandal is very light with a slippery bottom, material like from a discount store.

Haven't received the product
I received multiple emails about surveys and how was the experience.. well if I had the product I might let you know. I can order and receive automotive parts across the country quicker than these flip flops. I only got them cause they were a gift from a friend and my dog chewed them up.
