E.T. is my second favourite movie of all time, so when I saw this set it was a MUST buy. This was my 7th lego set so far and E.T. was easy to build and the guide simple to follow with no problem areas unlike previous sets. E.T. is cute with beautiful blue eyes and his light up heart. He has found his forever home. I did this in less than a week as I am visually impaired it takes me much longer.
I was hesitant about purchasing E.T. But I am so glad I did. My nephew sent me two lego pictures and I brought one...and later I decided to go ahead with E.T. The hesitation was all the brown building pieces But I was bit surprised once I got started it all came together. Had a minor hiccup but I figured it out I wish the finger would light up all in all I am happy 😊
Great build! Easy to follow along. Much cuter in person than I expected it to be.
E.T. Was one of my favorite movies, so I had to get him. It was more fun to build than I expected, there was so much brown, but the insides were very colorful, Once I got stuck, so frustrating! I went to Lego Builder and found where I had left something off. So now E.T. Is there with the puppy, the cat, and lots of flowers.
This set was fun to build and it made me smile. I loved every moment.
E.T is so cute. I must say the build is actually much better looking than the photos I had seen. I love the size, the heartlight and the color of the eyes. Easy to build. Now Lego should make accessories, a bathrobe, the Halloween outfit and a speak and spell.
First time building a bigger set. Instructions easy to follow. The only thing I wish changed was that his red finger lit up like his chest but everything else is perfect
I had heard from the idea's line that ET was due for release and couldn't wait to get it, the building was so much fun and absolutely amazing to build with hidden features, posability, and looks just brilliant. Yes the figure is slightly heavy once built but very sturdy and easy to display.
My only gripe regarding this very cool piece is that E.T.’s healing finger should be on the right hand pointer finger-not the left hand finger. I’m not sure if they did this because of photo pose on the box, but being a fan since the movie’s initial release proves the 100% accuracy is not there, but overall the piece looks so spot on-very pleased with how this looks in person. Just wished they would got the placement of the healing finger on the correct hand :-}
I have been waiting for Lego to come out with E.T as he is my childhood favorite!! Best build he’s just amazing!!
