You asked my opinion about my Berness Women's Carmella Slingback Heels, that I haven't received??? I've contacted Macy's Customer Service, a couple of times about my package, without any assistance. As of 9/17/26, I have yet to receive my purchase, on a scheduled delivery date of 9/14/26?
it's a pretty looking shoes, but not comfortable heels at all
