These shoes were purchased for my granddaughter. She really liked them but the chemical smell from the plastic material the shoes were made of was just too overpowering! I purchased a similar pair from BACKSTAGE that were much cheaper but the smell too was the same! I could not return them because the returnbtime had expired and I had tried home remedies to get rid of the smell to no avail.
