Can’t put it on! Can’t return!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited about the dress, which I ordered in 2 sizes . I had so much difficulty putting on the dress, trying to get the “fitted portions” and “sash” over my head and fitted, I felt so complicated I didn’t even ask my husband to help . To make matters worse, I have been unable to return the dresses, with instructions NOT user friendly . I’ve written to service 3 times with no fix .

STRANGE!

I can't offer a review because I never got this dress. A 3-inch by 5-inch box was delivered to my home. I returned it immediately without removing the label or opening it because there was no way a dress could be in that box. It was opened by the clerk at the return desk, who opened it and promptly gave me my refund. REALLY STRANGE!
