Kenneth Cole Reaction Men's Slim-Fit Stretch Dress Pants, Created for Macy's

I genuinely love these pants and would have given them a much more positive review if they had offered a wider range of sizes. My inseam is approximately 33 inches, so having a 34-inch inseam option and getting them tailored would have been ideal. Regrettably, they only provide the larger waist sizes up to 32 inches inseam. A 32-inch inseam is simply too short for me, and unlike having extra length that can be adjusted, there’s no practical way to fix pants that are already too short. It’s a disappointment because otherwise, these are fantastic pants. ***I genuinely hope Kenneth Cole introduces sizes like 38/34 and 40/34 in the future, and then I’ll revise my review accordingly.*** For now, I’m returning the closet match ‘true fit’ offered to me, as it didn’t quite fit me... sad

My husband chose these pants for a wedding rehearsal. The fit is perfect. Very nice material. They will work well for many occasions.

I have never received them. They claim they were delivered June 9th. They were not delivered.

I got these for my college age son who has an internship this summer. The pants fit perfectly and give him the polished professional look he was striving for.

Excellent pants but the size is too small.

Initial pickup date was a Saturday. Great. Then I got an email that changed pick up date to the Friday before. Not good. My plans were made for Sat. So I did not pick the pants up on Friday and before I could head out on Saturday to pick them up, I received an email that essentially said, you did not pick up your pants. you're getting a refund. Goodbye That is ridiculous. In the future it would be good business practice to send an email that said, Hey we noticed you didn't pick up your pants do you still want them? if you do not pick them up by x date we will issue a refund. Whatever happened to a grace period? Especially when you changed the date.

I purchases these on a whim due to sale price and size/length availability. I sent all 3 colors to my 20 year old who's interning in DC this summer. He likes them and stated the fit is really good. This is saying a lot as he's very picky with his clothing. Awesome sales price too.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. My order was delayed multiple times, then I was told it was being re-shipped, and even after that it still wasn’t delivered. I spent weeks waiting with little to no useful updates. Customers should not have to chase down their orders or wonder if they will ever arrive. The shipping process was completely unreliable and unacceptable. I expected much better service from Macy’s. Very frustrating experience, and I will think twice before ordering again.
