Women's Floral Brocade Strapless A Line Gown

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dress in blue as an option to wear to a black tie-ish wedding. Unfortunately, I did not find the quality of this dress to match the brand. Online, the blue of the dress appears as a dark midnight blue - in person, it is very bright. The metallic shimmer that appears nicely understated online was very brash - when coupled with the bright blue, the dress skewed very, very prom like. I was really surprised about the significant color disproportion between online and in person. The material felt like not very high quality and was kind of scratchy. The petticoats did make the skirt nicely full and the top was flattering. I did wind up returning this because I felt the color really made the dress look cheap.

The dress is absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to wear it to an upcoming wedding. The quality is amazing.

I bought this for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. It fits true to size based on the measurement guide. It is such a lovely dress that is appropriate for someone my age (mid 50s) but still youthful. I tried on 4 dresses but this was the keeper based on its elegant simplicity coupled with notable comfort.

I wanted this dress for months - I thought it was the perfect mother of the groom dress. With a larger chest, I had to really work to make this dress work. It’s narrow from the top of the dress to the waist so there isn’t much room to squeeze the girls in. This dress is lighter than you realize with such lush fabric. The colors are impeccably beautiful. Prior to wearing, my only wish is that it had pockets!! The very tiny straps broke on my initial try-on. After wearing it, I was disheartened to see how the entire bottom edge is ruined and pulled. I’m guessing this is from the concrete I walked over, even with heels. My bracelets also caught on the fabric all night long. Even so, I loved this dress and would love to have it shortened so I can wear it again.

I love this dress, it was stunning and I received tons of compliments at the wedding as well as afterwards. I am in love with the fabric, as an interior designer. I left it on a chair in my bedroom for weeks because I didn’t want to put the fabric away. I know the stress will always be in my life because if for some reason I ever can’t wear it or it’s out of style, I will be making pillows or drapes with it.! The fit was perfect exactly my size without any alteration

When opening the box a strong smell of plastic came out from the dress which was unbearable

I definitely loved the feel and look of this dress. Unfortunately, the sizing runs so varied that it is difficult to purchase. I ordered one size smaller than my normal sizing (based on "running large") and would have needed to size down two more times to even get it to fit to see how it would look. The dress flows nicely but is slightly heavy with the petticoat underneath to allow for fullness. I did not look to see if the petticoat could be removed, but it was a very nice dress. Cleavage is there so make sure that is what you are looking for. I felt it was not too much, but definitely more than a regular dress. Quality seemed good. Just could not utilize the dress and did not want to keep ordering multiple sizes to see if it was the one or not!
