The 1st time I used it I thought I was finding eye lashes on the wand. Used it the 2nd day and the same thing. Come to find out it's the bristles on the wand. Now I'm off to order the original high impact mascara now.
My eyelashes are really thin and eyes are very sensitive, but this mascara is just perfect for me.

I have been using the same fiber lash mascara for 16 years and it was recently discontinued. I was dreading trying new mascara and to my surprise, this one was included in a sample pack I received from a recent purchase. The first day I tried it out, I got a compliment on my lashes and she wanted to know what mascara I use! If I wasn't sold enough, that did it! I absolutely love how full and long my lashes look, and though I normally don't like waterproof mascara, this one is not as hard to remove, it comes right off with "take the day off." Super happy I found my new mascara for hopefully at least another 16 years!
I just now opened this mascara and was looking forward to using a waterproof mascara since the other high impact mascara from Clinique was not. I was so disappointed in the product. While the other mascara did not claim to be waterproof, I did not expect BOTH of these products to smudge as horribly as they did. Within an hour I am looking in the mirror and see the mascara product completely smudged on my face. Didn't touch my eyes whatsoever. Do not waste your money on the High Impact High-Fi mascara (either of them)
This is my second Clinique mascara and I really like it. It doesn’t clump or smudge and doesn’t bother my eyes like other mascaras. It adds just enough volume (a little more would be nice), and is easy to wash
I purchased this product when it was newly introduced. I didn't use it right away because I still had some other I was using. Went to try it and I couldn't get it to unscrew easily and then there is no stopper or it's stuck at the top, so the brush comes out just coated with a glob of mascara. Completly unusable. I am outside the return window, so I am just out of luck. I would not recommend this.
I really like Clinique mascara.
I bought this instead of my usual High Impact Waterproof Mascara to see if it added more volume. It does add more volume, but it smudges easily and seems to start to smudge as the day goes on instead of being truly waterproof. Going back to the High Impact.
