Good bag bad service
Great bag. Gift for my wife. I wish they could have wrapped it for me or at the very least put it in a coach box. They handed it to me in a plastic bag and put in a paper macys bag. Amount of money spent you’d think they would do better.

Perfect Bag
Prior to purchasing this bag I was worried the 36 was going to be too big. It’s the most perfect size. I love how it fits on my shoulder. I cannot recommend this bag enough!
