I went to Macy’s in person and explained that the sandals had arrived with a loose stone outside the sandal box. The sales associate agreed with me that it looked like they had been shipped that way. She was very kind and helpful, and I was able to return them and get the same model as a replacement. Unfortunately, I just tried wearing the new pair for the first time, and another stone fell off as well. 😩 The sandals are absolutely gorgeous, but it seems that the quality is simply very poor. I’m really disappointed, especially because I loved the design and wanted them to work out.

After wearing these sandals twice, one of the jewels came off. I’m highly disappointed especially at this price point, I would have expected them to last much longer.
