CeCe Women's Pearce Puff-Sleeve Open Collar Top

This is a lovely blouse, and the sleeves are exactly what I was looking for.

Very pretty blouse. The sleeves are just what I wanted and have a relaxed fit at the cuff. I bought this in black with the white trim and paired with a white trouser for an evening out.

Upon opening both this blouse and another Cece blouse, my initial reaction was "Wow, this is a wrinkled mess." However, I thought if I pressed it, it would solve the problem. Well, not even close. I tried putting water on the wrinkles (actually drenched the blouse) and still the wrinkles were awful. The same happened with the other Cece blouse. I will purchase some wrinkle release, and, hopefully, this will solve the problem. I do think that it is misleading when the fabric care instructions are "use a low iron." Even when steaming the wrinkles, it didn't make any difference.

The design team at CeCe is great no doubt. They come up with cute, feminine cuts with gorgeous bright colors to chose from. Most of their tops like this one are very CHEAP polyester and they always lack craftsmanship. I cut off 20 some hanging threads from the black top and several from the green top. I bought both on sale and would never pay full price for this. I needed tops desperately and fast for several job interviews and this top will fit the bill for that purpose. Will wear this summer but I don't expect this item to last long. Came very wrinkled in package since its polyester. Hand wash cold delicate cycle only. Hang dry. I wish this brand would step up their quality. See pic for all the loose threads I
