Perfect fit, soft and breathable. The embroidery is perfect and beautiful

I bought 2X, which because of the pleating in the front and the back, was very big for me through the neck, chest and waist. The hips fit fine. I had to take it myself on my sewing machine, but it turned out cute. I’ve worn it once for just a couple of hours, so I haven’t washed it yet. I have a feeling that the cotton is going to come out pretty wrinkled and hopefully not too faded, but just be aware that it is 100% Cotton.

This was much nicer than I expected! The fabric is a 100% cotton gauze with a soft hand and a slight heft in weight, which I suspect will soften more with age. It’s a deep blue with a weathered dye that looks a bit denimish in color. Sleeves are 3/4 with a an elastic cuff which is comfortably sized. The back has a center pleats ticked down for 4” which gives ease to movement. The most pleasing thing is the bodice piece which is a slit neckline, double fabric which is embroidered. The slit from the ended neckline if 5”, and the embroidery in on a 12” x 7” piece so it is very present in complementary tones. It is machine embroidery, so lays flat, but is nicely stiched. Alongside each side of the embroidery is a smaller pleat than that in the back with a 2” seam opening into the straight pleat. Again, this helps with the flowiness. This will be great for the beach over a bathing suit, but equally at home with chino’s and jeans. I am very pleased with this top!

I think this top is just OK. The fabric is not soft and there’s too many pleats for a plus size top In my opinion. The color is very nice and the embroidery seems like good quality, but the actual fabric of the top does not feel good on my skin. It’s a little bit scratchy to me. The top would be fine for any casual or work environment. The sizing is perfect. Just don’t like all the puckers all over the shirt.

The embroidered top is perfect for outings for church, shopping, going to dinner etc. This has been one hot summer and as the season begins to change. In reading cleaning instructions it is easy to launder and doesn't bleed. I hope to be able to find more tops. Also it runs true to size.

This top is made of a good quality fabric that feels like linen but is actually cotton. It can be machine washed and dried. The sizing might be a bit snug. I ordered an extra large and I usually wear a size large in this brand. The embroidery is very well done.

This is such a comfortable and cute blouse. If it’s a little large on me, but I prefer that because this can be worn around the house or with leggings the best part is that the material is linen which is great and airy for Texas heat.
