Bloomers are back!
Ordered the black. They run a bit large, better large than small. Such a fun look! I plan to wear with tights and heels, or maybe a heeled, lace-up ankle boot. Could be worn under a long full skirt and as the party or night goes on, whip off the skirt to review your bloomers! The possibilities are endless! Very lightweight, wonderful for summer. Please bring us more colors, And Now This and Macy's!
