Color seemed darker
It scared me for a second, being stuck in the open position - but it was the pedal that stuck down all the way somehow. So, overall, construction isn’t particularly robust, but I am the only person to use it, so in theory I should be able to make it last quite awhile. I got the blue color, and,imo, it is a shade or two lighter than I was expecting, but in “range”

Black stainless trash can
True black stainless color. Large size. Can position at the end of a kitchen island with slim width. Slow close feature is nice.

Great while it lasted but cheap plastic broke
The plastic hinge broke which makes the trash can....well... trash.

Iid hinge
Works well when everything works. Mine stopped working the other day. It turned out that a plastic hinge that holds the lid broke off….not repairable as far as I can see. I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew enough to check out the critical functional pieces for their design and quality of material.

Easily Breaks.
This plastic piece the the back breaks easily and can not support lifting the can.

Great features

Awesome and tough!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this trash can! Our favorite features are that the bag remains secure and cannot fall down or get crooked! We also love the slow closing lid and sleek stainless steel. The stainless steel must be kept clean, however.

Beautiful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trash can looks amazing in our kitchen. The stainless black is subtle and sleek. It is easy to change out the bag. I love the tab to secure the bag so it doesn’t fall in. The stainless exterior is easy to clean and resist fingerprints of my toddler well.
