[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i picked up the senna tea, and when i finally was able to test it (having been constipated for 2 days) i ended up going within 5 minutes of drinking the tea (having used senna in the past, it wouldn't have worked that quickly. this was my body actually working. although on a delay. whoops!) anyway, the directions didn't say whether to squeeze the bag, so i didn't. the flavor was mild and herbal. (reminded me of the scent of henna.) it was easy to get down. i found it bizarre that the plastic pouch didn't have a little notch, so i had to get out the scissors. (i guess i just have to remember this if i bring it on vacation. maybe i'll pre-notch the bags myself just in case.) i thought the way the string is tucked inside the teabag was pretty ingenious. (might encourage herb bits to escape from the hole, but as long as the dunking isn't vigorous, i'm sure it's fine.) i managed to go the next day and it was softer than usual, but it wasn't unpleasant. i probably wouldn't buy this again. senna tea just isn't a form factor that i would choose. (if i need it, i use CVS brand senna+ tablets)
