The water thank stinks even if it dries. Thé stains are not that easy to wash you have to pass a couple of Times..if i had not trown the box I beleive I would return it considering the Price of the item I am an fan of any Dyson items in General ! The + is it is a good item to avoid the mopping effort . If the house is impeccable it might work for you but with kids and stains … not sure
Dyson products are losing quality and appeal. If your floor is already clean, then buy this. If you're actually trying to clean your floor, then don't buy this. Their products are meant to look pretty, not be effective.
Fantastic product all around. Only complaints are: the dust bin/compartment is a little too small for my house - clumps of dust do start getting spat out when it's full which means you have to clear it out for every big area cleaned. The dirty water tank leaks water if you don't hold it up completely upright, this is a design flaw of the product - Dyson needs to fix this. One thing that really annoys me is it uses so much water/cleaning solutions for the self cleaning cycle, and it does take a very long time to complete. The drying process is excessively loud as well.
I love this. It makes floor cleaning so easy and fast. Well worth the price and like all dyson products the design and build are the best

This thing is taking some getting used to. It does do a good job once you figure it out and use it perhaps more slowly than a manual mop. The cleaning system is brilliant, no smells or damp equipment. Very easy to clean the head also.
I bought this about 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it Best one I’ve had.
I love Dyson products but I gave it a 3 because there isn’t grime or compacted dirt removal and leaves streaks. It’s a great pre clean vacuum before mopping, maneuvering is easy and light on my back. It basically goes very slow while moving to semi clean floors self cleaning is amazing
Very disappointing and sending it back for a refund. We bought the new Clean and Wash Hygiene model to replace the previous Dyson floor cleaner. After three weeks the Hygiene machine leaves large puddles of water everywhere. It is lightweight and has excellent manoeuvrability but fails to mop up the flood of water at every attempt to clean the tiled floors. Sorry but we can not recommend this Dyson product.
Bought as we have a lot of wooden floors and brushing was only part of the job and this is ideal It is light and easy to use and the roller does a good job leaving the floor a little damp but dries quickly Easy to clean and fill with water The negative is if you stop cleaning and just leave the machine on the floor water leaks out … and makes a small puddle
