This Anolon 2.5 qt Saucier is of excellent quality. The size is perfect, great heat distribution, and works great for sauces/pasta tossing. I looked at the Made In brand and it had nothing on the Anolon saucier, except higher price. This was a great buy from Macys.
Beautiful pan, just the right size. Perfect for whisking and making sauces. Has a great weight and feel. Would definitely recommend.
I bought the Analon copper saucier a couple weeks ago. The 2.5 quart capacity is ample and the heft is perfect for tossing carbonara.
I just bought this to make pasta dishes for me, my husband. It’s a nice size for just two people. I was actually hoping it was bigger but it’s a nice size. Quality is excellent beautiful pot. I really recommend it for small sauces and pasta dishes lovely pot.

Love this saucier! I've wanted one for years and this is my new favourite saucepan. It has excellent, even heat and nothing burns or sticks (eg. diced onion). Used it to make risotto, Thai red curry, bolognese, mushroom sauce and my partner said it made the best porridge - high praise from him! Looking forward to making more sauces in it but I'd honestly have 2 or 3 of these as it's beautiful to use (and look at!) and so far, everything has turned out better than if I had cooked it in my normal pans or pots.
When we changed from electric to induction cooking, I treated myself to a new set of Analon Nouvelle Luxe cookware. Five years later, I can say that every time I cook with the Analon, I am so pleased with it! The evenness of heating, easy cleaning, and graceful lines make it a joy to use. Recently added another 2.5 qt. saucier because it's so versatile and I needed another for Thanksgiving! Couldn't be happier with this line.
What a beautiful saucier. I have not used it yet, but the feel of it in my hand speaks of the quality of its materials and workmanship.
