Completely see through

I purchased this item because I have two others in the same style. They are great light summer blouses, but when this one arrived, I was surprised that it is completely see through. This will require a camisole underneath which completely eliminates the light summer blouse idea since it will require another layer under it. I took a chance with a last act sale since I had two others in different materials. Now I am stuck with it and can't return it.

Sheer

It’s pretty and roomy and flowy, but you can’t tell from the picture that it’s sheer and meant to be worn as an overlay. I does not come with a bottom layer (I.e., cami). I will be returning it because of that. But I thought others might want to know that.
