Taylor Petite V-Neck Belted Maxi Dress

fits well. Looks great. Was not too long for a short person which is unusual;

It’s a beautiful dress however the bust line are is way too big. The description states the belt is included but when I received the dress there’s no belt. I am going to retry the dress unfortunately because it’s too big in the bust. I 5” 1 148 lbs

I ordered a 4p and it fits perfectly. My only complaint is something I have found in every dress I buy from Macy's or other vendors; the waist is way too high! My waist is NOT just below my ribs, which is where this waistline is. Because it is nicely fitted, I thought about taking off the belt loops and moving the belt to my natural waist, but the stitching around their version of a waistline makes it look weird, so I"ll either keep the belt where it is or remove it all together. However, even though the waist is too high on this dress, at least it is comfortable, which is not the case with other too-high waisted dresses I've found. I would like to know if Macy's carries any brand that makes dresses with the waistline where it should be? My research suggests Ann Taylor and a couple of brands I haven't heard of. I know the waistline thing is to save the manufacturer time, but, come on.

The dress arrived and had the most horrific strong perfume smell. The dress may work well for someone with a small bust, but if you have anything up top the belt falls right under the bustline and not at the waist. The belt is also too thick for the buckle so it bunches up. I purchased the petite size and it went all the way to the floor, I'm 5' tall. I'm disappointed and I returned the dress.

This is a beautiful dress! The skirt is sectioned, so it flows nicely. The outer fabric is sheer with lovely embroidery all over. it has a fairly low v neckline, which could be closed with a safely pin if need be. The sleeves are a moderate cap sleeve, with a fold over cuff. The straw belt is the perfect touch I am petite and wear a 6p. I am 5' 2" so it is a maxi length on me. The lining is a cream knit which helps the dress hang nicely. It side zips for easy on and off.

This dress came mailed to me in a plastic mail bag. The dress was all balled up from the store that sent it, and the post office just stuffed it into my mailbox along with another dress that I had ordered, which came separately the same way. Only that bag was ripped and open. Both dresses were returned, and I will not be ordering from Macy's again. The store I live near does not carry petite dresses in their store, so ordering online is the only option. Not again.

The dress is labeled as petite duty does not fit as a petite. Also it is not as attractive as it appears in print.

This is a lovely summer dress for hot days/nights, and I've received so many compliments on the style and drape, and especially the embroidery. However, I had to remove the belt, as it came up way too high. I am 5' and short waisted, and the belt loops were directly under the bodice for me.

I really love this dress. It’s so flattering and flows beautifully when you walk. The belt is my least favorite part seems almost sun stained or like the elastic in the belt is a little old. I’m not exactly sure how to explain it. There’s also this little loop in the front of the dress that I assume something is supposed to hold the belt in place but I can’t figure out how that’s supposed to work. Overall, I’m completely pleased.

The dress is absolutely beautiful unfortunately it doesn’t fit me. I purchased 6P it’s to tight in hips to big in top.
