[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the toothbrush, but (a) I'd like about 15 seconds more on the entire brush cycle, and (b) the brush does not deal well when I brush with baking soda. When I finish brushing I rinse the handle and put it up to charge — or sometimes just standing by the sink. After a few weeks, I noticed that there was a small build-up around the button. I used a toothpick to get most of it out. All I can think is that the baking soda (vs a toothpaste) doesn't rinse easily from the barrel.

I have been using a traditional toothbrush for last 40+ years. Recently i tried using this electric toothbrush and it is amazing. I love the 2 min timer, reminder if i am brushing too hard and most importantly, the clean feeling after brushing. It is also really simple to use.

This toothbrush doesn’t have enough power to clean teeth adequately. I changed the head upon unpacking it, as the one it came with was unusable it was way too soft. I appreciate that the model is for sensitive teeth, however, they still need to be cleaned effectively. This toothbrush doesn’t function well at all. Avoid it at all costs.

Very disappointed since I tried to get warrramty coverage on my last DiamondClean and was denied. Had the agent drop the my request completely. Never called me back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phillips has always made amazing toothbrushes. We have been using them for perhaps 35 years. This model is a little clumsy with the voltage converter at the outlet but it's good to only have low (safe) voltage in the bathroom. It offers 3 types of brushing; 1 is to light, 1 is very aggressive, and 1 is just right. Occasionally I may want to get agressive with my gums and use that setting. It is amazing how they make these brushes waterproof but with this one it's a little hard to find on/off switch while it's in your mouth.. Phillips has always had well engineered battery charging & battery life. Overall, it's a great product that is safe, effective and will last for years.

I like the feeling it gives as it vibrates and massages the gums as I clean my teeth. I hardly use any toothpaste to clean my teeth. It has a pressure sensor, 2 modes times 3 intensities. This is a great product!
