Great knives.
I have gifted my son and daughter with knife sets from Wustof and decided it was time to enjoy them myself. Started with the 8 inch chef’s knife and a boning knife. Great kitchen tools that we will enjoy. Really hold an edge and feel good in the hand.

Forgot how good à wusthof was
After 15 years my Japanese chef knife finally chipped badly. I decided to get the partner and I am enjoying every vegetable and protein that comes in contact with it. I’m looking forward for many years with it.
