MSK Petite Square Neck Challis Maxi Dress

Purchased this dress in a different colorway from another retailer and came to Macy's to get this rose-flavored version. I wore the other dress on cross-country flights and received compliments from strangers! It's soft and flowy. The petite medium came just above my ankles. (I'm 5'3") It's made with 3 "layers". The top part is just snug enough...not too tight...and the middle section flows nicely over the waist and hips. The lowest section flares beautifully when you walk. I love that there are NO RUFFLES...a much more forgiving silhouette than ruffles and gathers at the waist! I washed the dress in tap cold water and tumbled it at the setting just above ultra-low for about 15 minutes, hanging it to dry the rest of the way. No ironing needed! (Key is low temp and pull from dryer immediately or even while still drying rest of load. DO NOT cram into dryer with a ton of other items. Take a few minutes to smooth the seams. This works on all rayon and most cottons, too.)

The fit was perfect!! I like the design and have so many cute sandals I can wear with this!
