The clasp and craftsmanship needs improvement. I couldn't successfully close the clasp when using the chain shoulder chain. And the "pleather" wasn't really black, it was dark grey. And the shoulder strap wasn't classy like the design of the bag: it was thick and clunky.
I like the material just perfect 👌
I like the style
This bag is beautiful except for the large closure balls which are kind of gray and IMO don't go with the shiny gold of the bag. Someone else might like it but I returned mine.
