Absurd on multiple levels
Product sent was not the color as the product shown in the advertisement. When attempting to rectify with the online chat, chat just generated a "refund" without my consent except the "Refund" is a GIFT CARD. So they sent me the "wrong" item, and I can't get a cash refund back. This is a joke. I put "wrong" in parenthesis because the product code actually matches leading me to believe that they are out of the advertised color and their "dark grey" is actually the Black version of this suit which I did not want. This is a joke.
