Not their best
I bought this shoe in 2 sizes as I am a 9W but W wasn't available. The 9 fit nominally, but the cut was unflatteringly loose at the arch of the foot. I noticed that the zippers on both pairs worked with difficulty. Also the lining tab on both shoes was chewed up (like other people had had problems with them also). The rest of the shoe seemed to be of good quality and comfortable, though it also hit me a little hard at the front of the ankle.
