incorrect order sent directly from the manufacture
The complete wrong address was sent to me. I contacted Macy’s who was closed at the time I had no customer service help to offer me. I drove 40 minutes to my nearest store to return something I didn’t even order. between this, and the horribly dirty and disorganized dressing rooms at Macy’s Ridgedale, and the lack of service that you now get at Macy’s makes us are really disappointing and disappointed with Macy’s. No longer does it have a reputation for being anything other than just another department store.
